When I first began to see him, I had felt like my life as an active person was a thing of the past because of my severe arthritis. My symptoms were rapidly worsening, so that I felt increasingly \u201ccrooked\u201d&amp; was experiencing significant pain, which interfered with my sleep. I had never heard of Functional Manual Therapy, but I was desperate- my Dr\u2019s were speaking of injections, hip surgery and narcotics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-h-3-font-size\">My journey to regain strength:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">After 18 months of therapy with Dr. Grohovsky (intensive for a few months, but then around once a month) my pain level is a small fraction of what it was. My range of motion has significantly improved, and my quality of life has drastically improved. I\u2019m back to walking a couple of hours at a time &amp; planning a major hike. Thank you so much for being the awesome PT you are!
