Insurance benefits vary, but you may be responsible for the entire cost of treatment. If we feel your condition needs further attention, we will recommend you see your physician, or a specialist, that can further evaluate you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can continue treatment with your physical therapist for a period of up to 30 calendar days, at which point you must obtain a prescription from a Medical Doctor (or other equivalent professional). Typically a case will be discharged if the patient has not been seen for over 60 days. After a patient has been discharged, we are required to do a new evaluation. There is an exception if the follow-up visit is planned and scheduled for 2-3 months in the future at the time of the last visit.
